PLANNING DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICES BUSINESS
A large global company wanted to build a services business to complement its core product business. We worked with them through the ideation and exploration phase. Together we identified a large opportunity that was a good strategic fit. Insights gained from customer conversations led us to conceive of a differentiated approach. We then created a plan to get the project funded. We designed an interactive prototype and created technical specifications to move the project to the next phase. Indriya was able to take a broad strategic direction from the client create the outputs needed to pursue a $3 billion market opportunity.
safe delivery MOBILE APP FOR CHEMICAL COMPANIES
Chemical manufacturers needed to ensure safe delivery of potentially hazardous products. We solved the problem by designing and building a mobile app that connects with SAP. The delivery driver can use the app to verify that the product shipment is delivered to the right place and to the right tank. This prevents mishaps from incompatible chemicals and provides proof of delivery from the field into SAP.
GROWTH STRATEGY FOR supply chain software
A supply chain software company was looking for new growth opportunities that leverage mobile, cloud and IoT. From a study of the technology and market landscape we proposed two new solutions. The first was a smartphone-based platform to combine a range of supply chain functions connecting field users to enterprise systems. The second concept used new sensors and IoT infrastructure to provide real-time inventory visibility across the supply chain. The concepts are being used to gather customer feedback.
PLATFORM migratiON FROM Lotus Notes
An IT organization was migrating away from Lotus Notes and in need of an efficient way to move to a new platform while preserving data and functionality. Indriya provided a turnkey service to migrate the Lotus Notes data to the cloud and created an Azure site that let’s users browse the databases with integrated full-text search over 1.8 million documents. The solution was well-liked by users for its usability and visual appeal.
core technology FOR COLOR MANAGEMENT
A color management solutions provider needed core technology development and support to create differentiation. Indriya is building an engine with a suite of capability including colorimetric calculations, image processing, color matching, and measurement device connectivity. The color technology engine will be the foundation that powers the next generation of solutions.
